4th February 2008 Wall-E
My next new project is going to be from the up and coming movie Wall-E, This little robot intrigues me so will attempt to recreate it. It will take some time but looking forward to it.

Foot and tilt sensors
RobosapienV2-4mem8 on 03/30/2007 at 11:01am (UTC) | | I will be adding the original RSV2 foot and tilt sensors this weekend to be migrated to the robotic base.

Powe supply
RobosapienV2-4mem8 on 03/24/2007 at 9:15pm (UTC) | | Have been a bit slack on this project over the last week or so, I have been building my woodturning website. But I have fitted my power supply to my robotic base and it is working 100% it powers RSV2 and all systems are go. The next stage is to use RSV2's original foot and tilt sensors migrated to my robotic base.

I will be connecting my p/s to my robotic base and V2 in the next two weeks.

LM 350T Reg Power supply
RobosapienV2-4mem8 on 02/27/2007 at 5:48pm (UTC) | | After some breadboarding I have decided to change the design slighly, I will now be using 6 LM 350T voltage regs, one for the driver board 9v, one for the brains 6v one at 3v for the 35mw laser and one for the 200mw red laser 6v. I will be building it this weekend and pics will be posted next week.

LM 350T Reg Power supply
RobosapienV2-4mem8 on 02/25/2007 at 5:45pm (UTC) | | Ok, I have breadboarded the 12v to 9v,6v and 3v using 3 LM 350T variable voltage regulators, [This is a bit of an overkill] as LM 317's would do. Here are a few pics of the layout and a full how to will be posted when I have checked out RSV2's circuits before I decide on the exact layout of the P/S.
