I have been building robots for a very long time and it never ceases to amaze me how many different designs come out of the woodwork. There are a lot of talented people out there and forums are a good place to be to acquire information. We all have some expertease in a given area and when we share this with others we have a wider knowledge of robotics.I started in robotics when I was 25 read lots of electronic books, then digital electronics. I have made numerous robots some good some bad, these have taken the form of small to large and planning is essential to a good working robot. Most of my designs have been hardware orientated and NOT software as this area has been my weakness I am now learning pbasic so as to make my robots more versatile.
